本政策說明 iNxus Store 與 iNxus Chain 兩個行動應用程式如何處理您的資料。最後更新：2026 年 9 月 29 日。
- 日常影像留在店內 辨識與日常錄影在門市主機完成；您主動要求調閱的片段會經雲端暫存。
- 特徵值加密 人臉特徵以加密形式存放，還原不出長相。
- 不做廣告追蹤 App 內沒有廣告 SDK，也不做跨應用追蹤。
- 僅企業用戶 帳號由管理者開通，不面向兒童，不提供自行註冊。
我們收集什麼，留多久。
以下說明兩個 App 可能處理的個人資料及其用途；實際處理項目取決於您使用的功能。

門市主機每日會向授權伺服器校驗一次，只送出授權序號、硬體指紋的雜湊值與軟體運行狀況（版本、自檢結果、重啟次數等）。其中不含任何畫面、人臉、人員或軌跡資料。
我們不做的事，也寫清楚。
- 不收集通訊錄、簡訊、通話紀錄與所在位置
- 不讀取相簿內您未主動選取的照片
- 不持續上傳門市日常錄影；您主動要求調閱的片段除外
- 不把您的資料販售或分享給廣告商

- AI 客服 — 總部 App 的客服對話會傳送至阿里雲百煉處理。供應商的資料保留方式依其政策與實際服務設定；如需查詢，請聯絡我們。
您的權利，怎麼行使。
- 查閱與更正 — 可要求查閱我們持有的您的帳號資料並要求更正。
- 刪除 — 可要求刪除帳號、推播綁定及您提交的查詢照片、客服資料等。請至「資料刪除請求」頁提出，或寄信到 support@inxustrack.com。
- 撤回同意 — 可隨時登出或解除推播綁定；雲端儲存為選購項目，可要求停用。
- 申訴 — 對個資處理有疑義，可循下方聯絡方式提出。

This policy explains how the iNxus Store and iNxus Chain mobile apps handle your data. Last updated: September 29, 2026.
- Routine footage stays at the store Recognition and routine recording take place on store servers. Clips you explicitly request are temporarily held in the cloud.
- Encrypted feature values Face features are stored encrypted and cannot be turned back into a face.
- No ad tracking The apps contain no advertising SDK and do no cross-app tracking.
- Business users only Accounts are issued by an administrator. The apps are not directed at children and offer no self sign-up.
What we collect,and how long we keep it.
The following describes personal data the two apps may process and why. The data processed depends on the features you use.

Once a day the in-store box checks in with the licensing server, sending only the licence serial, a hash of the hardware fingerprint, and operating figures for the software itself (version, self-check results, restart counts). It never includes footage, faces, people or tracks.
What we do not do,stated plainly.
- We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs or location
- We do not read photos you have not deliberately selected
- We do not continuously upload routine store recordings; clips you explicitly request are an exception
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers
What each permission is for,one by one.

We use push notification, cloud hosting and AI support services. The apps contain no advertising SDK and do not track you across apps.
- Push delivery — Getui (UniPush 2) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to deliver notifications. What travels is a summary such as the alarm title and time — never footage.
- Cloud hosting — The licensing and chain-HQ services run on Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong).
- AI Support — Chain support conversations are sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. The provider's retention depends on its policies and actual service settings; contact us for details.
Your rights,and how to use them.
- Access and correction — You may request a copy of the account data we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion — You may request deletion of your account, push binding, search photos and support data you submitted. Use the Data Deletion Request page or email support@inxustrack.com.
- Withdrawing consent — You may sign out or unbind push at any time; cloud storage is optional and can be switched off on request.
